Franschhoek est appelé aussi "le coin français" car c'est ici que s'étaient réfugiée une importante communauté de Huguenots à la fin du XVIIème siècle, visite du musée et du mémorial huguenots. Puis nous sommes accueillis dans une propriété vinicole pour une visite des installations et une dégustation d'excellents vins du Cap.
